Q: How long does it take for me to receive my order?

A: Diva Style use USPS for shipping and it normally averages 5-7 days business days unless expedited shipping is chosen.

Q: Is your jewelry lead & nickel free?

A: Yes ! all of our jewelry is nickel free and lead free

A: Diva Style Accessories Boutique accepts: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND PAYPAL for all orders.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

A: YES! We understand that the safety

of your personal information is extremely important. We use a wide range of electronic security measures to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, send us a email for a return request within 7 days of the delivery of your order. After 14 days from the point of delivery, no returns shall be accepted. Please return items in original condition ( unworn, unaltered ) with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these

criteria will be denied. Buyer is responsible for charges for shipping items back. Because we can not be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return has been processed.
